When we receive your order online you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire online. Once the questionnaire is completed it is passed on to our designers and they will begin working on your logo samples. The samples are then sent to you and await your input for revisions. Revisions are made and the final logo is ready for approval. The artwork is then sent to you on a CD in various formats, ready for you to use.
How do you know what I want?The questionnaire will ask several questions regarding everything from the colors you like to the target market you’re trying to reach. If you don’t feel that the questionnaire is enough, you can always call us at 866-611-4849 and speak to one of our designers.
How long will it take to receive my samples?Most samples are completed in less than two business days.
How many times can I change my logo?The number of revisions included is based on the package you order. The starter package has a round of revisions while the standard has two rounds, three rounds for the Gold package and unlimited revisions for the Pro-Logo package.
Can I cancel my order?If you don't like your samples, it’s not a problem. Simply call one of our helpful customer service representatives and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your designs or to assist you in canceling your order. Our first goal will be to find out what you don't like about the service and to see what we can do to make you happy. Is there a guarantee?
We guarantee that you will love your new logo. If after the first logo samples are completed, you don't like the work or styles that we designed for you, you can cancel your order. Please read about our logo guarantee to learn more. Cancellations are not permitted if your order was placed over 30 days ago.
Other than logos we provide web services, marketing services and stationery service.
Do you outsource your work?We do not outsource any work. All of our logos are 100% custom and made by in-house designers.
Do you use clip art?We want your logo to be unique to your company; therefore we do not utilize any clip art. We take pride in our designers and feel that they can convey your message without the use of pre-made clip art.
