We guarantee that you will love your new custom logo design. If after the first logo samples are completed, you don't like the work or styles that we designed for you, you can cancel your order.
If we continue on to a revision round with your logo samples, then our designers will continue work to finalize your logo order. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given once our designers begin to
revise your logo design. Our priority, with all customers is to ensure complete customer satisfaction, so if you would like to cancel you must do so prior to making revisions to your logo.
Cancellations are not permitted if your order was placed over 30 days ago.
How do you know what I want?
We ask each customer a series of questions to get a good understanding about what they want their logo design to look like. Once we get your order, you will log into our secure customer area to begin your order. The first step will be to answer our detailed
questionnaire which will be the basis for your work.
How quick can I see samples?
Most samples are completed within 3 business days. We work hard to make each sample just to your specifications. And that is not easy, but it is what we do to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied.
How do I cancel my order?
Don't like your samples? NO PROBLEM. Simply call one of our helpful customer service representatives and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your designs or to assist you in cancelling your order. Our first goal will be to find out what you don't like about the service and to see what we can do to make you happy. Sounds simple, well it is, and our no questions asked cancellation policy is available to all logo
