Refunds, Credits and Satisfaction Guarantee.

Graphic Design Projects
Please contact LogoBang.com immediately if you are dissatisfied with any graphic service provided to you, including logos. All refunds or cancellation requests must be received before any revision work has begun. Any graphic design or logo order cancelled prior to revision work being initiated will be refunded in FULL. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you by LogoBang.com, we may refund a portion of the service fee charged. All refund requests must be initiated prior to the rounds of revisions. All refunds must be requested within 30 days of the date of service. There are no refunds given on extra services offered by LogoBang.com. Under no circumstances are refunds permitted for any orders that are more than 30 days old.

Web Projects
Refunds for web projects are allowable if requested prior to work being started. No refunds will be given for work completed on web design projects. For uncompleted web projects, a refund may be allowable for any pre-paid work that has not been completed. This type of refund will be based on a percentage of completion method. All refunds must be requested within 30 days of the date of service. Under no circumstances are refunds permitted for any orders that are more than 30 days old.

Order Modification

Modification to an existing order is not permitted without prior approval by LogoBang.com. All modifications to your service request must be done via fax and signed by the cardholder. Once the design team is working on revisions for your work, no refunds can be given.

Order Cancellation

Cancelling an existing order is subject to a $60 order processing/cancellation fee. Orders that have already started revisions, cannot be cancelled, only modified, and all fees paid are non-refundable.

Typographical Errors and Incorrect Pricing

Management makes every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In the event a product is listed with an inaccurate description or incorrect price due to data-entry or system errors, we shall have the right to correct any errors and refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price

Service Descriptions

Management has attempted to accurately describe the products offered on the Site. However, because the description of a service, we cannot guarantee that such description will be accurate.

International Shipping

Management reserves the right to refuse international shipment to certain countries at our discretion. In the likelihood that we refuse to ship or are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you immediately.

In the event we are not able to provide the service you have requested, you will be notified by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit any service ordered.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of California, USA.
