Refunds, Credits and Satisfaction Guarantee.

Logo Package
A logo project is defined as one of the following logo packages: "Starter Logo Package", "Standard Logo Package", "Gold Logo Package", or "Pro Logo Package". Please contact LogoBang.com immediately if you are dissatisfied with any logo service provided to you, including logos. All refunds or cancellation requests must be received before any revision work has begun. A logo order can only be cancelled prior to revision work being initiated, and all orders cancelled prior to revisions will be given a 100% refund. All refund requests must be initiated prior to the first round of revisions. All refunds must be requested within 30 days of the order date. There are no refunds given on extra services offered by LogoBang.com. Under no circumstances are refunds permitted for any orders that are more than 30 days old. All refunds will take up to 10 business days for processing.

Non-Logo Projects
A "non-logo" project is an order for anything other than a "Starter Logo Package", "Standard Logo Package", "Gold Logo Package", or "Pro Logo Package". Refunds for non-logo projects are allowable if requested within 30 days after the order date and prior to work being started. No refunds will be given after work has began on these types of projects. All refunds must be requested within 30 days of the order date and under no circumstances are refunds permitted for orders that are more than 30 days old.

Canceling a Non-Logo Project Before Work Has Started

A non-logo order cancelled prior to any work being started is subject to a $60 order cancellation fee.

Processing of Refunds

Refunds will take up to 10 business days for processing. You will be notified via email once a refund has been processed, and it may take an additional 3 business days for it to be reflected by your payment processsing company.

Stationery Projects
No refunds will be given for orders of stationery.

Order Modification

Modification to an existing order is not permitted without prior approval by LogoBang.com. All modifications to your service request must be done via fax and signed by the cardholder. Once the design team is working on revisions for your work, no refunds can be given.

Typographical Errors and Incorrect Pricing

Management makes every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In the event a product is listed with an inaccurate description or incorrect price due to data-entry or system errors, we shall have the right to correct any errors and refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price

Service Descriptions

Management has attempted to accurately describe the products offered on the Site. However, because the description of a service, we cannot guarantee that such description will be accurate.

Use of Client Work

LogoBang.com reserves the right to use any and all work created by our design team. The use of graphics, logos, and website designs will be displayed for the purpose of providing customers with an opportunity to view our sample work. We also reserve the right to reproduce client work in any form for advertising our services on any type media outlet; including tv, radio, internet, or print advertising.

International Shipping

Management reserves the right to refuse international shipment to certain countries at our discretion. In the likelihood that we refuse to ship or are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you immediately.

In the event we are not able to provide the service you have requested, you will be notified by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit any service ordered.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of California, USA.
