How we build a web site
Step 1. - Ordering
To begin the website design ordering process, select one of our popular packages. Each website package was created in our customer's best interest, including both an inexpensive price and have great results. Our web packages are complete with page design & layout, a logo package, hosting setup, email setup, and more. Step 2. - Questionnaire
After placing your secure order online, you will be presented with a web design questionnaire that providers our development team with basic information about your project. After gathering preliminary information, a representative will contact you to further define your project, and begin the initial steps. It's exciting, and a little overwhelming for some customers, but feel confident that we're here to help you get it done, and finish it FAST.
Step 3. - Mock Concepts Creation
After the questionnaire has been submitted, our creative staff will review your questionnaire and order details, and then allocate the assignment to the multiple designers that will best suit your project. Using the information that you have provided in the website design questionnaire, our experienced designers will create multiple different mock design concepts that will visually represent what your actual web site will look like. This will be an artist's visualization, for you to see, and before a programmer actually creates your web pages. This saves us time, and saves you money.
Step 4. - Assemble Your Images & Content
We can't do all the work. During this phase of the design, you will need to put together all of the items that you want us to include onto your website. For most customers this means that you will need to assemble any content and images that you want to display on your site. Depending on which package you choose, you will need to begin to layout the content for each page on your site. Sounds challenging, but it isn't with our help. Our friendly support staff, and dedicated account reps are experts at navigational structure, page layout, and image manipulation.
Step 5. - Review of Design Concepts
The first review stage of design review is typically a fun and exciting time. You will for the first time see the concepts behind your upcoming web site. You may like aspects of the mock design, and you may not like aspects of the appearance. This stage of the process allows you to comment and provide insight so that our designers can go back and revise the concept to your specific instructions and opinions.
Step 6. - Revision of Mock Design
Using your revision comments on the initial concepts, our creative staff will then revise your design.
Our design team will them take your comments to finish the product.
The revision process is very important and this is the part where you can work closely with the designers and developers to
refine your project to get exactly what you want. We like to get client feedback at this stage because it helps to ensure that you will
be happy with the final product.
Step 7. - Your Final Look
Once we have the final look, as decided by you, we will then take that look and use it to create an entire web site, with your new logo, content, and images.
This process involves taking the graphics we created and making custom HTML pages to brand your organization and make your company stand out. We don't believe in
cookie cutter solutions, but real professional solutions that will make you stand out from your competitors.
Step 8. - The Building Process
Once we have all the pieces in place a programmer will take your final/approved mock concept, content, images and create your web site. This process requires coding, image manipulation, and
expert HTML designers. As we begin to finish the pages, they will be available for your review.
The building process can take from a few days to a few weeks depending on the complexity and amount of work that needs to be completed. We will ensure that your logo, website design, and html pages all
fit together in a very professional way. During this phase we do most of the work and will not rely on you too much for input.
Your Final Product - LIVE ON THE WEB
The final product is presented live and online, for you to review. We are confident you'll be amazed and happy with the end result.
